Start by finding a quiet, comfortable space free from distractions. Choose a Restorative Music track, an Immersive Video, and a Transformative Frequency, then direct your attention to the screen.
You can engage with all three elements together or focus on just one, depending on your needs. Just press play, take a deep breath, and allow the experience to support your well-being.
You can log in to your Soul Link account using one of the following methods:
- Email and password – Enter your registered email and password.
- Sign in with Facebook – Access your account through Facebook.
- Sign in with Apple – Use your Apple ID for quick access.
- Sign in with Google – Log in using your Google account.
If your paid subscription isn’t showing up, try the following steps:
- Check your login method: Make sure you’re using the same sign-in method you used when purchasing your subscription.
- Log out and log back in: Tap the Profile icon in the top right corner of the Home screen, select Log Out, then sign back in.
- Verify your account type: If your screen shows “Create Account,” select Log In instead and use the correct login method.
- Confirm your credentials: If you signed up with an email and password, enter them in the login fields.
If you used a third-party login (Apple, Google, or Facebook), select that option. - Refresh your access: Once you’re logged in with the correct account, your subscription should appear.

Make sure you’re logged in with the correct email address or third-party account (Apple, Google, or Facebook) linked to your Soul Link subscription. - Disable any active VPNs.
Some VPNs can interfere with app performance. Try turning off your VPN temporarily and check if the issue is resolved. - Restart your device.
A simple restart can often clear temporary system issues and refresh app performance. - Uninstall and reinstall the app.
If issues persist, try deleting and reinstalling the app. Your account and data will remain safe as long as you’ve created a Soul Link account. - Contact our support team.

If you’re having trouble logging in, tap the “Reset Password” option on the login screen and follow the prompts to set a new password.

Yes! Your Soul Link account works across multiple devices, including smartphones, tablets, and desktop browsers.
Just log in with the same account on each device to sync your experience.
No, Soul Link subscriptions are linked to a single account and cannot be shared or transferred.
However, you can access your subscription on multiple devices by logging in with your account.
To access your Soul Link account on your mobile device, follow these steps:
- Open the Soul Link app.
- Tap the Profile icon in the top right corner of the Home screen.
- Select “Login” at the bottom of the menu.
- Enter your login credentials or use the third-party sign-in method associated with your account. Be sure to use the same login method you used when your account was created.
- If you have trouble logging in, try resetting your password or contacting our Support Team for assistance.
To access your Soul Link account on a desktop or laptop, follow these steps:
- Open your preferred web browser and go to https://soul-link.app/login
- Enter your login credentials or use your linked third-party sign-in method.

To ensure you have access to the latest content and features, update your Soul Link app by following these steps:
For iPhone or iPad:
- Open the App Store and search for Soul Link.
- If an update is available, tap the “Update” button next to the app.
- You’ll see the app icon turn grey as the update begins, followed by a progress circle.
- Once complete, tap the icon to access the latest version.
Tip: If you don’t see the icon on your home screen, check your App Library.
For Android devices:
- Open the Google Play Store.
- Tap your profile icon, then go to “Manage apps & device”.
- Select “Updates available”.
- Tap “Update All” or locate Soul Link and tap “Update” individually.
- Keeping your app up to date ensures you have the newest features and improvements!
