For full access to Soul Link, you have two subscription options. When you purchase your subscription.

You can cancel your subscription through your Profile in the app. You can rejoin at any time.
Soul Link is easy to use, whether you’re a beginner or have meditated for years. To get started, find a comfortable, quiet place to sit or lie down — someplace without distractions. Choose a Sound Healing Musical Compilation, Immersive Earth Video, and Focus-Enhancing Frequency Wave and bring your attention to the screen. As you watch and listen, remember to breathe. Or if you prefer, you can select only a Sound Healing Musical Compilation. That’s all there is to it.
There are multiple ways to log in to your account. We offer the following:
- Email and password
- Sign in with Facebook
- Sign in with Apple
- Sign in with Google
- Let’s make sure you are logged in using the same sign-in method you used when you purchased Soul Link.
- First click on the Profile Icon located in the top right of the home screen
- Select ‘Log In’
- If you are already logged in, then you may have not have selected the right login method during sign-in. Please select ‘Log out’.
- If your screen reads ‘Create Account’ please select ‘Log In’ at the bottom
- Choose the login method you selected when you purchased your Soul Link subscription
- If you created an account with an email address and password, enter them into the provided fields.
- If you used a third-party method, select one of the three options available.
- Once you have logged in, you should now have access to all of Soul Link’s content!

Follow these suggestions step by step, and you’ll be on your way to enjoying a seamless app experience.
- Verify your internet connection: To ensure a stable connection, we recommend using a strong WiFi or cellular network. A reliable internet connection is essential for the app to function optimally.
- Uninstall and reinstall the app: If you’re facing persistent issues, uninstalling and reinstalling the app can often resolve them. It’s important to note that uninstalling the app won’t delete your Soul Link account or data. Prior to uninstalling, create a Soul Link account if you haven’t already, to safeguard your data.
- Check your account credentials: Make sure you’re signed in with the correct email address associated with your Soul Link account, if applicable. Using the correct credentials will ensure access to all the features and benefits of your account
- Restart your device: Restarting your device can work wonders by refreshing its settings and resolving temporary issues. After restarting, launch the app again and see if the problem persists.
- Disable active VPNs: Sometimes, virtual private networks (VPNs) can interfere with app functionality. Temporarily disable any active VPNs on your device and check if the issues persist. Disabling VPNs may improve network connectivity.
- Contact our support team: If you’ve followed the above steps and continue to experience difficulties, don’t hesitate to reach out to our support team here. If you have trouble logging in, click the reset password button when logging into the app and choose a new password. You can also visit your Profile and reset your password there.
Yes, you can access your Soul Link account on multiple devices, including smartphones, tablets, and our website. Simply ensure that you log in with the same email address on all your devices.
No, Soul Link subscriptions cannot be shared across multiple accounts. Once a subscription is purchased using one Soul Link account, it cannot be transferred to a different account.
Follow these steps to log in to the Soul Link app:
- Open the app on your device.
- Tap the ‘Profile’ button located in the top right corner of the home screen.
- Within the profile section, select the ‘Login’ option.
- Enter your login credentials to access your existing Soul Link account.
To sign in to your Soul Link account on the website, please do the following:
- Open your preferred web browser and visit soul-link.org.
- Locate the ‘Login’ option on the homepage.
- Click on ‘Login’ to access the login page.
- Enter your login credentials to sign in to your Soul Link account.

You can update your Soul Link app to the latest version by following these steps:
On an iPhone or iPad:
- Search for the Soul Link App in the App Store on your iPhone or iPad.
- Once you locate the app, tap the ‘Update’ button on the right side to download the latest version.
- You will see the Soul Link icon on your phone turn grey, and a circle will appear showing the download/install progress.
- Once it’s complete, tap the Soul Link icon to be taken to the updated app
Note: if you’ve downloaded/updated the Soul Link app, but don’t see the icon on your home screen, be sure to check your App Library. You can find more information about organizing your App Library on an iOS device here.
On an Android device:
- Open the Google Play Store app.
- Tap the profile icon, then ‘Manage apps & device’
- Select ‘Updates available’
- Tap ‘Update All’ to update all apps. For individual apps, find the specific app you want to update (Soul Link) and tap ‘Update’.
